Notarized and commissioned documents, certified true copies, affidavits, declarations, invitation letters, etc. Additional documents in the same appointment are $30.95 each. Payment is made at your appointment, and a 1.15% booking fee is applied.

Notary Services- Estate Bundle (1 Will, 2 POAs + 1 Affidavit of Execution)

Execution of one Will, drafting of one Affidavit of Execution, and one Exhibit Stamp. You will need to bring your own witness. Payment is made at your appointment.  1.15% booking fee applies.

Notary Services- Will Package

Execution of large real estate closing packages. This includes printing (up to 100 pages) and a digital scan and email of the completed package to your lawyer. No legal advice is provided. Payment is made at your appointment.

Notarized and commissioned documents, certified true copies, affidavits, declarations, invitation letters, etc. Price is for two documents. Additional documents in the same appointment are an extra $30.00 each. Payment is made at your appointment.

This includes Includes notary services for ONE property closing: document review, preparation, correspondence with closing lawyer(s), notarizations and all printing (Up to 100 pages, where available).

Excluded: Legal advice, title search, faxing, mailing, couriering or any services typically provided by real estate lawyer. Payment is made at your appointment. 1.15% booking fee applies.

This includes notary services for up to TWO properties (one purchase and one sale), and includes: document review, preparation, correspondence with closing lawyer(s), notarizations and all printing (Up to 100 pages, where available).
